Cancellation Policy
For bookings cancelled less than 4 hours before the appointment time, the Customer will be charged 50% of the price of treatment(s) booked. The balance payment will be refund to your credit card. For cancellation that is more than 4 hours, 20% of your payment will be forefeited. All refunds will take at least 3 working days.
Sexual Services
The Customer shall not engage Beauty Queen staff for any sexual service or act of indecency. The Customer himself or herself shall not take part in such acts during the course of the service.
Personal Valuables
The Customer have the responsibility to keep all personal items out of sight or locked away each time before the arrival of Beauty Queen representative. Beauty Queen, its Manicurist or representatives will not be liable for any losses.
Indemnity
The Customer shall agree to release Beauty Queen and its staff against liability from any loss, harm, injury, illness, damage, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses of any nature that the Customer might have or that may hereafter accrue to him/her as a result of the services provided by Beauty Queen.
